For issues that cannot be covered by the HOA, please find the below number for the City of Pearland Code Enforcement in good order.
Most common concerns are substandard structures, high weeds and grass, trash and debris accumulation, open storage, junk vehicles and front yard parking call (281) 652-1638. _________________ Rob Nunez |

I know residents aren't supposed to park in the street, however this couldn't possibly be upheld due to the high volume of people who park one or more of their vehicles in the street. It's even worse when there are work vehicles that are parked in the street - is this against the city code? |

Technically cars parked in the street are against city code. There are certain time allowances for cars being parked in the street during the week and on weekends. I will try to post those codes here soon. We are all given a two car garage and a double wide drive way....enough for four cars. This is the city's contention. Cars parked on the street hinder emergency vehicles and in some cases hinder home owners backing out of their driveways. _________________ Rob Nunez |
