The Cypress Village HOA Board of Directors has filled the vacant Director position left by Kim Linn by appointing John Pitre to complete her orginal term of two years as per our current HOA By-Laws effective today.

I have seen/heard references many times to the board's by-laws.....are you referring to the articles of incorporation, deed restrictions, or is there another document that you are referring to? If the case is the latter, how can I get a copy of said document?

I've posted a copy of our by-laws in the document section. Everyone should have gotten a copy at closing, but as we've seen, most closing companies haven't given anyone the correct paperwork.
For reference about replacement of an officer, please refer to Article IV, Section 7.
