Given how the last meeting went, we should consider following Roberts Rules of Order for future meetings or at least a semblance of such where the speaker holds the floor. All this turned into last week unfortunately was chaos and fingerpointing. A second suggestion would be to notify the homeowners 7 full days before an open meeting and ask for agenda suggestions by email over this website which in turn will move people to actually participate on the website - we really need to get our numbers of attendees up between CV1&2. I realize the last meeting was not an open forum but voting meeting but I am sure most walked away even more confused than when we arrived due to the multiple conversation threads and concerns. I would even suggest a facilitator to manage the agenda and keep the meeting flowing so we do not get off topic or run late arguing a point that may have no initial answer. |

I would fully agreee. PLI is supposed to function that way. Not just at the annual meeting but at the board meetings. I've ask that they post agendas for both the annual and the board meeting. to date that hasn't happened. Good luck if you can get them to do it. I absolutely agree that the homeonwers need to be more involved. |
