I received the notification and proxy statements in the mail. The agenda lists the date of the meeting as being on the 20th...but your post here lists it as the 18th....which is the correct date?

I disagree with Chad's interpretation as well. The deed restrictions make absolutely no reference to the timeperiod in which it is acceptable to rent. It simply states in section 2.01
